The removable cylinder is made from 304 series-18ga stainless steel. Lubricomp resin gears allow for effortless and smooth hand cranking. It comes equipped with a stainless steel pressure relief valve built into the piston head to prevent blowouts during stuffing. Piston is made from food grade plastic and includes a heavy duty Duro-Nitrile inch inch-ring. Stainless steel base includes holes for attachment to tabletop. Includes a set of three plastic stuffing tubes (5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch)
